    Rules for paying for VORONOV Solutions services, using EUR and UAH, prepayments, refunds, recurring payments, and service termination.<\/p>

    1. Billing Currency<\/strong><\/h3>

    The primary currency for VORONOV Solutions services is EUR. The website may also display an approximate UAH equivalent next to the EUR price based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine \u2014 EUR<\/strong>. An approximate UAH equivalent based on the official exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine may be displayed next to prices in EUR on the website.<\/p>

    The actual exchange rate applied by a bank or payment provider may differ from the NBU rate. For a specific payment in UAH, the amount may be fixed when the invoice or payment request is created.<\/p>

    For a payment made directly in EUR, the amount stated in EUR is payable.<\/p>

    2. Payment Methods<\/strong><\/h3>

    Available payment methods:<\/p>

    • Visa and Mastercard via the payment provider;<\/li>
    • Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available;<\/li>
    • bank transfer in UAH to the sole proprietor\u2019s account;<\/li>
    • SEPA transfer in EUR;<\/li>
    • recurring payments for Website Care and Development Retainer, where enabled for the selected engagement model.<\/li><\/ul>

      Payment details, amount, payment purpose, and payment deadline are specified in the relevant invoice, bill, or payment link.<\/p>

      3. Prepayment<\/strong><\/h3>
      Hourly Work<\/strong><\/h5>

      For a new client, the standard minimum order is equivalent to 1 hour of work or another agreed budget.<\/p>

      Hour Packages<\/strong><\/h5>

      Hour packages are paid in full before the hours are credited to the balance.<\/p>

      Fixed Price<\/strong><\/h5>

      Payment is made according to the agreed schedule \u2014 either in one payment or in stages depending on the scope of the project.<\/p>

      Website Care \u0442\u0430 Development Retainer<\/strong><\/h5>

      Recurring services are paid for the upcoming billing period.<\/p>

      4. Refunds for Hour Packages<\/strong><\/h3>

      If a package has been purchased but work has not yet started, refund eligibility is determined according to the agreed terms and applicable law.<\/p>

      If some hours have already been used and the package is voluntarily cancelled, the used time is recalculated at the standard hourly rate of \u20ac35 per hour<\/strong>, and the refundable amount is the remaining balance of the amount actually paid.<\/p>

      Example:<\/strong> a 40-hour package costs \u20ac1,200. If 10 hours have been used, the value of the used time at the standard rate is 10 \u00d7 \u20ac35 = \u20ac350. The approximate refundable balance is \u20ac850.<\/p>

      The actual refund method and processing time depend on the original payment method, bank, payment provider, and legal requirements.<\/p>

      5. Website Care & Development Retainer<\/strong><\/h3>

      Cancelling a recurring service stops the next renewal. The already paid current period remains active until its end date.<\/p>

      As a standard rule, no prorated refund is issued for part of an already started billing period, except in cases of an incorrect or duplicate charge, a technical error, or where otherwise required by law.<\/p>

      For Development Retainer, the initial minimum engagement period is 3 months<\/strong>, unless otherwise agreed separately.<\/p>

      6. Termination of a Fixed Price Project<\/strong><\/h3>

      If a paid stage has not yet started, refund eligibility is determined taking into account any preparatory work already completed and agreed expenses.<\/p>

      If work on the stage has already started, any possible refund amount is determined based on the portion of work actually completed and the agreed obligations.<\/p>

      Accepted and completed stages are not refundable solely because the client decides not to proceed with subsequent stages.<\/p>

      7. Failed or Overdue Payment<\/strong><\/h3>

      If a recurring payment fails, the client may receive a notification and time to retry the payment or update the payment method.<\/p>

      After 3 days<\/strong> without successful payment, new non-critical work may be paused. After 7 days<\/strong> the service or subscription may be suspended until payment is received.<\/p>

      For Development Retainer, reserved time may be released after the grace period ends. An overdue payment may also delay the start of a new stage or new work.<\/p>

      8. Disputes & Chargebacks<\/strong><\/h3>

      If a payment is disputed through a bank or payment provider, related unused services or balance may be temporarily suspended until the dispute is resolved.<\/p>

      VORONOV Solutions does not delete or damage a website, data, or work results because of a financial dispute. Only the provision of new services may be suspended until the matter is resolved.<\/p>
