    What qualifies as a warranty issue, when fixes are provided at no additional cost, and when a new estimate is required.<\/p>

    1. General Provisions<\/strong><\/h3>

    These warranty terms apply to functionality developed by VORONOV Solutions within the agreed scope of work.<\/p>

    Individually agreed terms take precedence over the general provisions of this page.<\/p>

    2. Result Review<\/strong><\/h3>

    After a completed phase or deliverable has been handed over, the client has 7 business days<\/strong> to review the result and report any discrepancies with the agreed scope or acceptance criteria.<\/p>

    For faster resolution, we recommend reporting any discrepancies as soon as they are identified.<\/p>

    3. Warranty Period<\/strong><\/h3>

    The standard warranty period for VORONOV Solutions\u2019 own Fixed Price development is 30 calendar days.<\/strong><\/p>

    The warranty covers reproducible errors in our implementation that cause the developed functionality not to meet the agreed requirements or expected result.<\/p>
