An estimate helps you plan the budget, but it does not turn hourly work into a fixed-price project.

This is a forecast of the time required. If the scope changes, we will notify you before the agreed estimate is exceeded.
Fixed result and price
Before work begins, we agree on the scope, stages, and acceptance criteria. If the agreed scope does not change, the price does not change either.

To continue work, we may sometimes need access credentials, materials, or decisions from the client.

Questions about timing? Discuss Your Project
If new tasks appear or requirements change during the work, we first assess their impact on timing and budget. Additional work is agreed before it is carried out.
After a pause, we can continue from the agreed stage. If the website, code, server, or third-party services changed during that time, the estimate may need to be revised.
Paid plugins, APIs, hosting, subscriptions, and other third-party services are paid separately by the client unless otherwise agreed before work begins.
Hour packages have a defined validity period. With Development Retainer, up to 20% of unused time can be carried over to the next period.
Website Care is regular technical maintenance and stability monitoring. Retainer is reserved monthly time for development, new functionality, and continued project growth.
