Warranty Terms

Version dated September 10, 2026.

What qualifies as a warranty issue, when fixes are provided at no additional cost, and when a new estimate is required.

1. General Provisions

These warranty terms apply to functionality developed by VORONOV Solutions within the agreed scope of work.

Individually agreed terms take precedence over the general provisions of this page.

2. Result Review

After a completed phase or deliverable has been handed over, the client has 7 business days to review the result and report any discrepancies with the agreed scope or acceptance criteria.

For faster resolution, we recommend reporting any discrepancies as soon as they are identified.

3. Warranty Period

The standard warranty period for VORONOV Solutions’ own Fixed Price development is 30 calendar days.

The warranty covers reproducible errors in our implementation that cause the developed functionality not to meet the agreed requirements or expected result.

4. What the Warranty Covers

Warranty cases may include:

  • logic errors in functionality developed by us;
  • errors that prevent the agreed function from working;
  • implementation that does not match the agreed scope of work;
  • reproducible regressions directly caused by our implementation;
  • other confirmed errors in our code that cause the result not to meet the agreed criteria.

Confirmed warranty issues are fixed at no additional cost.

5. What Is Not Covered by the Warranty

The warranty does not cover:

  • new functionality, new requests, or changes to the original requirements;
  • work that was not included in the agreed scope;
  • changes to third-party APIs, SaaS services, or payment systems;
  • updates to WordPress, WooCommerce, OpenCart, themes, modules, or third-party plugins;
  • changes to the PHP version, database, server, hosting, or other technical environment;
  • changes to code or settings made by the client, other developers, or third parties;
  • deletion or damage of data, files, or settings not caused by VORONOV Solutions;
  • security incidents whose cause is unrelated to our implementation;
  • errors, changes, or unavailability of external services not controlled by VORONOV Solutions.

Such work can be completed separately after its scope and cost have been estimated.

6. Diagnosing a Warranty Issue

If the cause of the problem is not known in advance, technical diagnostics are carried out first.

If it is confirmed that the issue was caused by a warranty-covered error by VORONOV Solutions, the time spent on diagnostics and the fix is not billed.

If the cause falls outside the warranty scope, diagnostics and subsequent work may be billed according to the current rates.

7. How to Report an Issue

To help us reproduce and verify the issue faster, please provide:

  • the URL of the page or website section;
  • a brief description of the issue;
  • the expected and actual behavior;
  • steps to reproduce the issue;
  • screenshots or video;
  • the error message, if one is displayed;
  • any other available technical information.

The more accurately the issue is described, the faster its cause can be identified.

8. Third-Party Changes After Delivery

If, after delivery, the code, server, configuration, or related functionality has been significantly modified by the client, another developer, or a third party, the warranty remains valid only for the parts where it can be confirmed that the issue was caused by the original VORONOV Solutions implementation.

If the source of the issue cannot be determined without additional diagnostics, those diagnostics are performed under the rules described above.

9. Third-Party Services & Software

VORONOV Solutions cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party APIs, payment systems, CRM platforms, delivery services, hosting providers, SaaS services, plugins, themes, or other software products outside our control.

Issues caused by changes to or unavailability of such systems are not considered warranty issues in our development.

10. New Features & Requirement Changes

The warranty is intended to correct confirmed errors in the agreed result and is not a free extension of the development scope.

New features, logic changes, additional integrations, redesigns, or other work not included in the agreed scope are estimated separately before work begins.
