Key rules for working with VORONOV Solutions for hourly work, hour packages, Fixed Price, Development Retainer, Website Care, consultations, and other technical services.
Services are provided by a sole proprietor operating under the VORONOV Solutionsbrand. The Contractor’s current legal and payment details are specified in the invoice, bill, agreement, or another document related to payment for the services.
The Contractor operates under the simplified taxation system and is not a VAT payer. VAT is not added to the cost of services.
If a separate agreement, commercial proposal, or other written terms are agreed for a specific project, they take precedence over the general provisions of this page wherever they differ.
VORONOV Solutions works under several engagement models.
Payment is based on the actual technical time spent at the current agreed hourly rate.
The client prepays a defined balance of hours that can be used gradually during the package validity period.
Before work begins, the scope, expected result, price, and, where necessary, separate implementation stages are agreed.
An agreed amount of time is reserved each month for regular development, improvements, and continued project growth.
Regular website maintenance: updates, monitoring, checks, and work included in the selected plan. Website Care is not an unlimited development package.
Separate paid services for issue diagnostics, technical analysis, solution design, and consultations.
For Fixed Price work the scope, expected result, and completion criteria are agreed before implementation begins.
New features, requests, or changes not included in the agreed scope are considered additional work and are estimated separately.
Before such work is carried out, its cost, hourly budget, or a separate Fixed Price estimate is agreed.
If our implementation contains an error that causes the agreed functionality not to meet the defined result, fixing it is not considered a new task.
Billable technical time may include:
Routine administrative communication, invoice preparation, and correction of confirmed warranty issues in our implementation are not billed.
For a new client, the standard minimum hourly order is 1 hour. Further time tracking may be recorded in 15-minute increments. 15 minutes.
To perform the work, the client provides the necessary items in a timely manner:
The client is responsible for the lawful use of the materials, data, and access credentials provided for the project.
For larger projects, we recommend appointing one primary representative whose approvals are treated as authoritative.
If work cannot continue because access credentials, materials, information, or a client decision are missing, the agreed timeline may be extended by the corresponding period.
After a prolonged pause, continuation of the work depends on current availability.
If the website, code, server, API, or other related systems changed during the pause, the previous time or cost estimate may need to be revised.
After a completed Fixed Price stage is delivered, the client has a standard period 7 business days to review the result and report any discrepancy with the agreed scope.
New requests or changes that were not part of the original scope are not considered acceptance issues and are estimated separately.
For our own Fixed Price development, the standard warranty period is 30 calendar days, unless other terms are agreed separately.
The warranty covers confirmed errors in our implementation that cause the agreed functionality not to meet the defined result.

Unless explicitly included in the agreed price, the following are paid separately:
VORONOV Solutions does not control third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continuous availability or that their APIs and functionality will remain unchanged.
After full payment, the client receives rights to the deliverables created specifically for them within the agreed project, in accordance with applicable law.
General-purpose components, internal tools, libraries, reusable know-how, and open-source components do not become the client’s exclusive property unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Access credentials, non-public technical information, materials, and other client data are used only to the extent necessary to perform the agreed work.
Information is not disclosed to third parties unless necessary to perform the agreed task, expressly approved by the parties, or required by law.

Pricing and payment terms depend on the selected engagement model.
Hour packages are paid before the hours are credited to the balance. Fixed Price work may be paid in full or in stages. Website Care and Development Retainer are paid according to the applicable billing period terms.

Refund rules, recurring payments, and subscription termination are governed by the «Payments & Refunds».
The client may stop ordering further work, subject to any work already completed, time already used, and outstanding financial obligations.
VORONOV Solutions may suspend new work in the event of:
overdue payment;
missing required access credentials or materials;
inability to continue because of actions or inaction by third parties;
or other circumstances that objectively prevent further performance.
Any possible refund in such cases is determined by the applicable policy and any individually agreed terms.
VORONOV Solutions may update these terms if engagement models, rates, processes, or legal requirements change.
For work already agreed and paid for, the terms that were in effect or separately agreed when the relevant order was placed apply, unless the parties agree otherwise.
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, the relationship between the client and the Contractor is governed by the laws of Ukraine.
Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable to a specific transaction, take precedence over provisions that cannot legally be limited by contract.
