DIY SUFIT is a Polish online store offering stretch ceiling kits for self-installation. The user selects the room parameters, texture, and color, after which they can purchase a ready-made kit with the necessary components.
Within the scope of the project, the store was migrated from Shopify to WooCommerce, the product catalog was transferred, and the core product selection logic was rebuilt. Additionally, we implemented a custom calculator, PayU payment integration, and checkout refinements.
Migrate the existing online store to WooCommerce without losing the product structure and implement a non-standard purchasing scenario where the kit is selected according to the actual room dimensions.
Developed a calculator allowing users to select the length and width of the room, which automatically determines the appropriate kit or notifies if the required configuration is unavailable.
Migrated the catalog from Shopify, adapted the products for WooCommerce, and configured the checkout process, online payment, and delivery for the Polish market.
As a result, the store received a flexible WooCommerce platform with a custom kit selection algorithm, product variations, and a fully functional online ordering scenario.
Separately, a custom PayU integration, support for BLIK and bank cards, and delivery via DPD/DHL were implemented, and a product feed was prepared for advertising and sales channels.
